Job Corps is now available at College of Eastern Idaho as a non-residential option that gives students the flexibility to live at home while receiving the same career training and education as those who live on Job Corps campuses.
You may be eligible if you are:
- 16-24 years old
- Meet income qualification
- Have an educational barrier to employment
- Have registered for Selective Service
- Be able to participate in a group without interference to others
- Agree to comply with Job Corps requirements
- Not have any severe felony convictions or significant legal involvement
- Not be on parole or supervised probation
- Demonstrate that child care needs for your dependents (if any) are arranged
- Received parental consent if under 18
- Be best served by the Job Corps program
