You must be a Current Student to use the Online Form option using the single sign-on through Self-Service. In order to access and utilize the Online Form option through the single sign-on feature in Self-Service, you need to be an active and enrolled student at the present time. This requirement ensures that only current students have the privilege to use the Online Form feature, which may involve submitting forms or accessing specific resources related to their student status.
For students selected to verify information, once forms and all required documents are received, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.
