What is Find Frankie? Find Frankie is an exciting summer scavenger hunt hosted by College of Eastern Idaho (CEI). Each year, small golden falcon statues — representing Frankie, our mascot — are hidden outdoors somewhere in Idaho Falls. Participants follow clues posted in the Facebook group to track down the hidden idols. The event is open to the public and encourages individuals, families, and friend groups to get outside, explore, and solve riddles together. When someone finds a Frankie idol, they follow a few simple steps (like posting a photo and returning the idol to CEI) to claim a prize — usually one of several themed outdoor packages (think kayaking, paddleboarding, and more). The hunt runs for several weeks, with a new idol hidden each time one is found. It’s a great way to build community, enjoy the outdoors, and engage with CEI in a fun, creative way.
