Meet the Counseling Staff

Hailey Holland
Director
Hailey Holland, LCSW, began her career at CEI in 2016 with the Center for New Directions. In 2020, she stepped into the role of Counseling Center Director.
In her work with students, Hailey uses an eclectic, person-centered approach that draws from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), EMDR, CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, and more to help students manage stress, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
Hailey enjoys seeing students move closer to the life they want for themselves. She finds it deeply meaningful to help students recognize their own strengths, learn to love themselves, and realize just how awesome they truly are. Hailey also believes that laughter can be an important part of the therapeutic process.
Hailey earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from BYU-Idaho, and her Master’s also in Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University.
Outside of her work at CEI, Hailey enjoys spending time with her husband and her two high-energy children, as well as various crafting activities (or more accurately, collecting craft supplies).

Pamala Levan
Office Specialist II
Pamala LeVan (affectionately known at CEI as “Pamalapedia”) spent 16 years running a home daycare before completing the EITC Office Specialist program, where she gained valuable experience as a work-study in both the Business Office and the Adult Learning Center. She began working at the college in 2002 and dedicated the next 22 years to the Student Affairs office, taking on a wide variety of roles over the years. One of the most rewarding parts of her career has been seeing former daycare kids return—now bringing their own children to begin college.
In Fall 2024, Pamala embraced a new chapter by joining the CEI Counseling Center, where she continues her passion for supporting and encouraging students.
A proud single mom to three sons and grateful “Grammy” to one beautiful granddaughter, Pamala is rarely found without a book in hand—or in her ears. Happiness, for Pamala, is a Diet Coke in hand, an iced coffee nearby, and time spent with her spoiled Mama’s dog, Turk. She loves crafts, including painting and hiding kindness rocks with her family as a fun way to brighten the community.
