BACK TO PROGRAMSThe Nuclear Primer
The College of Eastern Idaho offers The Nuclear Primer, a 2–3-hour introductory course created for both students and working professionals to build a clear understanding of nuclear fundamentals. Participants will explore topics such as radiation basics, safety culture, nuclear terminology, career opportunities in the nuclear field, and the history of nuclear energy—gaining the essential knowledge needed to navigate and succeed in a nuclear-informed workplace. A certificate of completion will be awarded to all who successfully complete the course.
