Safety & Workplace Compliance

The College of Eastern Idaho offers the Safety & Worksite Compliance Certificate; a flexible training program designed for individuals working in or entering regulated technical and industrial environments. Participants select three of six industry-recognized courses—OSHA 10 or 30, HAZWOPER, Human Performance Improvement, Fall Protection, Lockout/Tagout, and Confined Spaces—based on career goals or employer requirements. 

This certificate builds practical knowledge in hazard recognition, regulatory compliance, and safe work practices, preparing participants to operate confidently in high-risk, compliance-driven industries. 

A certificate of completion is awarded to those who successfully complete three approved courses. Depending on course selection, participants may earn nationally recognized industry credentials.

Safety & Worksite Compliance courses are required for the Nuclear-Informed Industrial Readiness Certificate.

• OSHA #7115 Lockout Tagout
• OSHA Confined Space Entrant & Attendant
