Responsibilities
The Finance Committee serves as an advisory committee to the Board of Trustees regarding the fiscal integrity of the college. The committee monitors the college's financial assets and operations in support of CEI's mission and long term economic health.

CEI’s Board of Trustees usually meets about 45 minutes prior to Regular Meetings for a light meal. Official CEI business is not discussed during this time.

Those video conferencing in and wishing to address the Board must use the “raise hand” function in Zoom during the Public Comment portion of the meeting. Individuals will be called upon and unmuted one at a time by the Chair and must state their name and address prior to giving their comment. Comments should be kept to three minutes or less per person
